First Dance

Last night Scott and I took Carson to her preschool Valentine's Dance where she had her First Dance with little Thomas!  Here is a little history on young Thomas below...During Carson's parent teacher conference, I asked her teachers who she plays with everyday and they said the two Thomas', whenever I come to pick up Carson early from school she is always sitting in between the two Thomas' eating her lunch, and everyday when I pick her up from school I ask her who she played with,  she says Thomas!  So Carson was real excited to see one of the two Thomas' at the dance last night!  I have posted a video (it's not the best) of the two dancing the night away!  You will see Thomas' older brother in the video trying to dance with Carson, but Thomas was not about to let Carson go.  

8 Months Old!

Sweet baby Bryant is 8 months old today...can you believe it!!

Here is a list of all the things she is doing these days:

Sitting up

Getting on her hands and knees and rocking...no crawling yet

For now at least..ha!  I can see myself breaking out this pic in ten years when they are fighting over the hair brush to remind them of how sweet they once were to each other!

We took the girls on their first wagon ride together this weekend! 

Girls day out

Every Wednesday I have a standing sitter so I can go to bible study in the morning and run errands afterwards (thanks Scott!).  Well this past Wednesday Carson didn't have school, so I skipped Bible study and Carson and I had a Mommy and me day!  We went out to lunch, got Manis, and ate frozen yogurt at our favorite place Yoforia!  Carson was such a good girl the whole time, we really had a great time together!  I am looking forward to more outings like this with both of my girls once Bryant is older. Some of my greatest memories growing up were girl outings with my mom and younger sister!

Get into the Groove

I have to admit that it has taken a while for me to get back into "The Groove"  since the holidays, Carson's birthday, snow etc...and now that it is almost February (ha) things are finally feeling back to normal! With that being said I am hoping to stay more current with posting pics of the girls!  

The pictures below were taken back in December when Scott and I got the chance to observe Carson's dance class.  I had every intention of posting them back in December but as you can see that never happened, so I am posting them now because I think they are too cute not to post.  And for your viewing pleasure, I have added a little video of Miss Carson tapping away!
